A dildo generally does not vibrate and is intended for insertion. A lot of them are not meant to be inserted into the body, but to be used for external stimulation.
It depends on the product you have, please refer to your product manual and ask a shop clerk in your local shop if you are unsure which battery do you need.
We recommend that you clean your ATFLY products before and after each use to lengthen the product’s longevity and avoid bacterial infections. Bacterial infections caused by sexual wellness devices can be avoided by cleaning your ATFLY device regularly with some gentle soap and warm water.
To keep it clean and happy, wash your vibrator with water and soap, then pat it dry with a clean towel, don’t worry, ATFLY are 100% waterproof. Then put in a clean container.
Please first make sure the device is fully charged. If your ATFLY device is faulty, please contact our customer service (service@atflys.com) and we will refund the product with proof of purchase.First, confirm the device is faulty: Before using your ATFLY for the first time, the device should be fully charged - the first charging process can take up to 2 hours. In very rare cases, the device might be faulty, which is why we offer a 6-month-guarantee on all our ATFLY devices. Our customer service (contact us:service@atflys.com) will refund the product with proof of purchase.
All of our products are made of high-quality, body-safe materials like body-friendly silicone, Cyberskin (TPE) and ABS plastic.
When using condoms, please follow the condom manufacturer's instructions.

When the stock of the purchased product is sufficient, from Monday to Friday, the product in your order will be sent out within 48h. If you purchase the product at the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday.When a product is suddenly out of stock or it is a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product, but there is usually a delay of about one week at least. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for details of the delay.We arrange holidays for many festivals in the world, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and so on. During holidays, delivery will also be slightly affected and there will be a short delay (about 2-3 days). Of course, customer service's reply will be delayed too. Please wait patiently.
